This position has overall customer service, scheduling, and time management responsibilities for departmental operations and performance, including: Scheduling, Pricing, Profitability, and Cost Control Measures.
What You'll Do:
- Provide introductory information to new customers
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with product and services
- Following up with clients or customers to check that they are satisfied with their purchase
- Letting customer or clients know about additional products or services
- Cold calls and Follow up on options techs provide to customers
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s question
- Quickly Handle and communicate Escalating queries and concerns
- Troubleshoot common issues with products and service
- Work with other CSR Team members
- Sell Maintenance agreements through follow ups and expiring membership agreements
