After several years of propping up our Carrier heat pump system and facing another $600 for a compressor fan replacement with long lead time for the part, I decided to replace with the new HVAC refrigerant system. Arctic Air recommended a Trane heat pump replacement system and provided a good quote with additional services. Justin and Daniel were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and worked as a team to get our new system operational in less than 4 hours. All is working well and with less noise than with our old system. Arctic Air has consistently provided great service by their strong team members. Recommended.
